Chocolate Banana Popsicles

Fast and easy snack. Very healthy, fun to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • * sweetener may be added to taste (agave syrup, honey or sugar)

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the liquid into pop molds or small paper cups and use a popsicle stick, cover your mold with either plastic wrap or foil. Place a wood pops stick straight down the center piercing the covering.
  3. Allow 3 hours or preferable overnight for the pops to be ready. When the pops are ready to be served, run warm water over the mold, carefully loosen the mold from the pop.
  4. Serve and enjoy immediately.
