Ingredients

  • 6 cups strawberries sliced
  • 3 mangos (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 piece fresh ginger (about 1 inch long- peeled and grated)
  • balsamic vinegar
  • mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend mangos and ginger in a blender.
  2. Place strawberries in a bowl, add a splash of vinegar.
  3. Float strawberries in sauce, garnish with mint leaves.
