Healthy, fast and easy and delicious to make. Everyone loves a cold popsicle after exercise or on a hot day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fruit puree (puree the fruit of your choice, fresh or frozen, in a blender)
  • 1 cup fruit juice
  • 2 Tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Freeze in an ice tray or in small paper cups or popsicle mold, insert a popsicle stick and freeze until hard.
