No-Bake Energy Bites make a quick pick-me-up snack any time you are running low on energy.


No-Bake Energy Bites

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter or nutella
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric


  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Use a small cookie scoop or teaspoon to scoop out dough. Roll the dough balls, about twenty-four 1-1/2 inch .
  3. Refrigerate the bites for 30 minutes.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze to keep for a longer time.

Recipe Notes

This is a great snack after a work out at the gym or other exercise workout. It is also a pick me up in the afternoon when you need something special.
