Waffles-Gluten Free

Gluten free and extremely delicious. Great for breakfast or latter as a snack.

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 4 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  1. Whisk milk, eggs, butter and honey together. Sift dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients to the dry. Mix until there are no more lumps. Pour into the waffle iron.
  2. Top with sliced fresh fruit or syrup. Look at our pancake toppings for more ideas.
  3. Have as part of your lunch. Freeze extra waffles in a ziplock bag, to place in the toaster for a quick breakfast or snack.
